Mental Health Therapist

Overview

Qualified Therapist’s candidates should have the following: Education: Master's degree (MA/MS) in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required. Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in inpatient setting with psychiatric experience preferred. Licensure: Must be a Licensed Arkansas LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT-A, or LMFT . Also, able to complete within 30 days become certified in CPR and Handle with Care or Crisis Prevention Intervention Training. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas (AR)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Arkansas (AR)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arkansas (AR)
  • Licensed Associate Counselor in Arkansas (AR)
• Inpatient Facility (1+ years)
• Have you ever completed Crisis Prevention Intervention Training?

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
