LPN

Overview

LPN needed for busy occupational health clinics. Concentration on vaccines, phlebotomy and fit testing training needed up to 40 hrs. Once trained it may decrease to 2-3 days per week. Potential for PRN , PT or FT position after the contract. Schedule: - Monday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 min meal - Tuesday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 min meal - Wednesday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 min meal - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 min meal - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 min meal Location: Children's Hospital of Atlanta Office Park Atlanta, GA Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an LPN - Phlebotomy Skills Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia (GA)
