CMA or LPN

Overview

Looking for an MA or LPN to support onsite health center RN in primary care clinic and for vacation time off. Need approx 10-12 hrs per week, Tuesday mornings a must. Flexible on other days. Phlebotomy skills requested. Pts are 2 yrs and up. Schedule: - Tuesday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 60 min meal Location: CHC 5910 Mineral Point Rd. Madison, WI Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Wisconsin (WI)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wisconsin (WI)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
