Overview

Need NP or PA to cover the below shifts at Truist Winston Salem. Services offered at this center include primary care, acute/episodic care, provider dispensing (requires a NC dispensing license), lab and immunization/allergy/flu shots. Medical Assistant supports front desk and phlebotomy. Premise Health and Epic experience preferred, as well as a strong background in primary care. Dates: 10/21, 10/31, 11/1, 11/2, 11/3, 11/16, 11/17, 11/18, 11/21, 11/22, 11/23, 11/28, 12/1, 12/2, 12/5, 12/8, 12/12, 12/16, 12/19, 12/20, 12/21, 12/22, 12/27, 12/30, 1/3/2023, 1/4, 1/5 Clinic Schedule: - Monday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 30 min meal Location: Truist 101 N Cherry St. Winston Salem, NC 27101 Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Carolina (NC)
    • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in North Carolina (NC)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
