Home Health Provider Relations (2 - 3 years); health plan experience preferred. 3. Working knowledge of Health Plan policies and procedures, including contracting, credentialing, billing/payment, incentive programs, and utilization management preferred. 4. Nurse would be a plus Job Summary and Description: The Network Management Specialist assists in Provider relations management for all lines of business (Home Health, DME, and IV). Specialist will support rapid growth strategies in network management and development activities through data input, information collection, issues resolution, and direct contact with Provider entities. Specialist will routinely interact with Provider entities.
