Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Part-Time, Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Walnut, CA. This role will be responsible for traveling to the patients home to provide skilled services with the goal of restoring patients to their highest level of physical function. Top 3 Required Skills: • 2+ years of professional experience in a Medical Setting • Active and Valid California Physical Therapist License (by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee) • Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance Important to Know: • 2mo Contract (highly likelihood of extension) • Local Travel in the Walnut, CA area is required (Mileage Reimbursed) • Must have Driver’s License and Reliable Mode of Transportation • Part-Time | Flexible Schedule o Hours vary depending on the number of visits per week are required for each patient o Typically, each patient is required to have 1-3 visits per week o Visits last 45mins – 1hr each

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Physical Therapist in California (CA)
  • Driver's License in California (CA)
• a Physical Therapist (PT) role (2+ years)
• Are you willing and able to meet the local travel requirements?
• Do you have a Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance?

• Do you have experience working in Home Health?
• What is your PT License #?
