Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Part-Time, Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join their growing team in Walnut, CA. This role will be responsible for traveling to the patients home to provide occupational therapy services under the direction of the occupational therapist and according to the physician's Plan of Care. Top 3 Required Skills: • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (Associate's Degree) • Active and Valid California Occupational Therapist Assistant License (OTA) • Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance Important to Know: • 2mo Contract (highly likelihood of extension) • Local Travel in the Walnut, CA area is required (Mileage Reimbursed) • Must have Driver’s License and Reliable Mode of Transportation • Part-Time | Flexible Schedule o Hours vary depending on the number of visits per week are required for each patient o Typically, each patient is required to have 1-3 visits per week o Visits last 45mins – 1hr each

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in California (CA)
  • Driver's License in California (CA)
• Are you willing and able to meet the local travel requirements?
• Do you have a Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance?

• Do you have experience working in Home Health?
