Trinisys is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This position provides support to Trinisys’ corporate strategy by marketing products, developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning and attending meetings/ trade shows, maintaining databases, and preparing reports. Builds relationships with current and potential clients to develop case studies, use cases and testimonials. In addition, sales support functions will include managing the sales prospect pipeline and reporting on sales performance metrics. This position will also serve as the face of Trinisys at events and tradeshows. What you’ll be doing: Branding and Communication • Responsible for proving the Trinisys logo, graphics, and style guide to potential prospects, partners, and existing customers • Assisting in enforcing processes and procedures to standardize messaging and marketing collateral • Developing and implementing analytics around web traffic, email campaigns, and videos • Maintaining and enhancing Trinisys’ social media and website presence, ensuring postings and blogs are frequent and relevant to the corporate branding and messaging strategy • Responsible for updating website and marketing material with client case studies, as well as content writing Marketing and Market Research • Working with all areas of the organization to highlight relevant product features and define the needs and requirements to incorporate into the website and various marketing campaigns
