Overview
Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for a Solutions Consultant, Health Insurance to fill a permanent remote role as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in health underwriting, actuarial, or predictive analytics solution sales environment. Preferably in Medical Stop Loss working with a carrier, reinsurer, predictive modeling firm or underwriting. You should be an expert in medical stop loss and have worked with a sales team in client-facing duties and have expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and be familiar with Tableau or a Similar BI tool to create reports. Primary responsibilities for the role include supporting the national sales team through development of sales demo environments and presentation materials. You will provide sales team with stories, KPI analyses and reports that quantify client ROI. Additionally, you will participate on sales calls to provide demonstrations of solutions and explanation of products; field questions around technical understanding of ML models to expectation setting of implementation tasks and milestones. You will work with the Director of Service to implement client success metrics and lead proof of concept engagements to earn more production clients.
