Must have extensive oncology or specialty clinical knowledge Tell me about this job – Responsible for management of multiple projects (including global projects) throughout all lifecycle phases. Ensures that all project work is completed to the client expectations, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget and in accordance with SOPs, ICH GCP, applicable regulations, policies and practices. Serves as the principal liaison with clients to ensure effective and timely communication of project progress, issues, and plans for resolution of those issues. Provides leadership in the development of clinical trials and related documents. Works closely and effectively with cross-functional teams. Mentors and assists in the development of project team members, participates in the PM department initiatives, process improvement and training programs. Provides strategy and input in business development proposals and attends bid defenses. The Manager, Cancer Program provides administrative leadership to a specialized Oncology Clinical Program. In collaboration with physician and clinical leadership, the Manager, Cancer Program is responsible for developing and coordinating comprehensive and integrated disease site specific oncology program pathways, processes and quality metrics across the Sarah Cannon enterprise. He/she works with market/division leadership to implement programs, and supports delivery of leading- quality, cost-effective, efficient care. The Manager, Cancer Program provides training and development of employees e.g. Navigators. The Manager, Cancer Program also acts as a consultant to the markets/divisions and facilities, facilitating an interdisciplinary approach to achieve positive outcomes through physician-led, patient centered care.
