Our client is a SaaS Solutions Organization supplying technology driven and AI backed management software to the Insurance Industry. They are quickly growing their sales division and in doing so are looking at add a Sales Operations Manager to their team. This person will partner with the CRO and be a creating technology driven sales Forecasts and Analytics. Top 3 Required Skills 1. 4-7 Years Experience in Sales Operations Optimizing Salesforce and Tableau 2. 4-7 Years Experience creating Sales Forecasts, Sales Reporting, Data Analytics, and Implementing Sales Enablement Processes via Salesforce and Tableau 3. 3+ Years Experience working in a SaaS based organization in the (Insurance is a Plus) Tech Industry Day to Day: You'll be working directly with with CRO helping set the technology standard behind forecasting, sale reporting, and revenue insights. --Handle the defining, refining, and implementing of the sales process. Responsible for implementing and managing aspects of sales operations and enablement. --Responsible for revenue intelligence and sales enablement. --Work with Salesforce CRM management, analytics, lead management, attribution, and assignment. --Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that the data (attribution, etc.), processes, integrations, and measurements are implemented and maintained to support marketing campaigns effectively. --Define and implement enterprise RFP response and deal review process
