Overview

Our client is seeking a Director of Quality Management to join their growing team that will support a PPEC - Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (Medical Daycare). This role will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Director of Nurse's in their 13 PPEC's and 2 Home Health Agencies. Top Skills Required: • 5+ years or professional experience as an RN • 2+ year of experience in Peds/NICU/PICU • Quality management/utilization review experience • Active FL RN License • COVID-19 Vaccination is required and exemptions are considered What you need to know: • Full-time Position | No weekends! • Serving children ages 0-21 • Opportunity for Advancement • PPE Provided Hours: Monday - Friday (Day Shift - 8-5pm) **A dedicated team player is desired to work the hours needed when most children are in the PPEC between the hours of 6AM to 6:30PM. Working times may vary.

Qualifications

Required
  • High School/GED
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida (FL)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) in Florida (FL)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • NICU
    • Utilization Review
    • Pediatric Care
    • PICU
    • Quality Review
  • Have you spoken with a Recruiter (via phone) about this position?
  • Are you willing and able to work the required hours for this position? **Fulltime | Monday-Friday, 8-5pm **A dedicated team player is desired to work the hours needed when most children are in the PPEC between the hours of 6AM to 6:30PM. Working times may vary.
