This person will be aligned with some of our highest volume Healthcare Clients focusing on the Clinical roles and managing them throughout the process on our proprietary SaaS based solution. *What this job isn’t: Cold Call Recruiting/Staffing Sales *What this job is: Client Job Management on a Technology enabled Human Capital Management Platform *What profile is close but will struggle the most: Corporate Recruiters with limited or no previous Staffing Agency Experience *What profile is set up for Success Day 1: Healthcare Staffing Agency Account Manager (Sales) that has at least 1+ year recruiting or full desk experience with large Healthcare VMS managed accounts Top 3 Required Skills 1. 3+ Years Agency Large to Enterprise Healthcare Accounts Management 2. 1+ Years of Clinical Healthcare Recruiting Experience 3. 3+ Years of Managing Accounts through a VMS Nice to Haves: 1. Experience working in a Startup Environment 2. SaaS Sales Experience 3. Account Forecasting Experience Day to Day: You will be partnered with 1 to 5 of our Healthcare Clients that are utilizing the Relode platform to post 100+ Clinical Healthcare positions per month on our system. You'll engage with HR/TA/VMS Managers/Hiring Managers to ensure all the data behind each job they wish to post is accurate. You will advise them on best hiring practices. Then you will work with our Core Team and Cloud Team of recruiters to help identify, screen, submit, and assist in the entire interviewing/hiring process.
