Needing additional support for biometric screenings to allow for ongoing PCP schedule/visits ; dates requested may change and flex based on scheduling, and may be 1-2 days in a week over the length of time requested. Hours of Operation: - Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 60 min meal - Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 60 min meal - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 60 min meal - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 60 min meal - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 60 min meal Location: MD Building Supply 109 NE 40th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73105 Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Wisconsin (WI)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wisconsin (WI)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
