Overview

RN or LPN with clinic experience - proficient in phlebotomy, injections, CLIA tests, critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work quickly and accurately. Clinic hours are 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Mon - Fri and Sat 8:00 am - 1:00 pm **Shifts and hours may vary within those days/times** This is a potential temp to hire need for the right candidate. Location: Granite School District 4163 South 3200 West West Valley City, UT 84119 Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) in Utah (UT)
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah (UT)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
