Human Resources Generalist

Overview

Our client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their growing team that will support the overall HR functions. Your daily routine will vary from tackling Employee Relations issues, doing heavy Compensation Analysis, creating detailed hiring forecasts within Excel, Recruiting Clinical Healthcare talent, to producing (from scratch) new handbooks and other HR related materials. Top Skills Required: • 5+ years of overall experience in Human Resources • 3+ years of experience with Pay Equity Laws and Compensation • Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc) • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field What you need to know: • 250+ employee organization • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision) • 401K + Company Matching • Fulltime | Onsite Role (1 Day Hybrid) • Opportunity for Advancement

Qualifications

• Human Resources (5+ years)
• 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Pay Equity Laws
  • Compensation
  • MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree or higher

• What are some of the more complex features of Excel you use on a regular basis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc)?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
