Required skills and experience: • Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility to register for other state licensures. • Graduate with a bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university preferred. • Minimum 1 year direct clinical experience in NICU, PICU, Complex Care Clinic, or Critical Care experience. --Virtual care experience a plus. • Bilingual Spanish strongly desired. What you need to know: • Day Shift (3 12s/week) • 7am-7pm (Set schedule each week) possible weekend shift once a month. • Working in an office setting with additional team/pod members (not a remote role). Interview process: • Call with TA Director • Video interview with Hiring manager • Possible 3rd round with additional leadership • Offer Job selling points: • Full benefits and PTO • Work in an office setting with additional care team members. • This role is mostly virtual calls/appointments with families and their children (no long hours in a high stress hospital environment) • Set schedule every week (no rotating weekends/weekdays)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- NICU
- PICU
- Complex Care Clinic
- Critical Care RN
- Are you comfortable working in an office setting?
- Are you fully vaccinated against covid19?
- Please share your most recent experience caring for pediatric patients as a Registered Nurse.
- Are you bilingual in Spanish?
- Do you have experience providing virtual care to patients (telehealth)?
