Overview

Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for a Customer Success Integration Architect to fill a permanent role immediately. While the company is located in Seattle Washington this role can be remote, eligible states for remote work include WA, CA, OR, SD, TX and AZ. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent verbal communication skills as 40% of the role will be client facing, the other 60% includes architecting and providing leadership to developers and business partners in the sales process. Primary responsibilities for this role include, scoping, designing and creating scalable integration workflows using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and platforms like Workato. There will be an integration tool selected such as MuleSoft or another as the need grows. You will engage and collaborate with customers, sales, onboarding, and support resources in customer success, product management, and engineering to achieve these goals. You will also propose and oversee the delivery of integration solutions to large enterprise clients, working both in pre-sales and delivery, and proactively manage risks and issues associated with those deliverables and report progress to internal and customer stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct design architecture reviews, needs assessments, and perform gap analysis when required. You will then architect, design, and oversee implementation of small to large-scale integration solutions adopting various technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and XML. Advise customers on integration solution features, configuration options, and system processes. Technical skills required for this role include 5+ years of experience implementing integration solutions within a SaaS environment preferred, though greater experience in a related role with increasing responsibility may be considered an appropriate substitution and 2 + years of managing and successfully delivering integration solutions in an architect/designer role, including some experience working in pre-sales. Experience with Java based solutions in an and Azure environment are required and working knowledge of ERP/WFM applications such as Workday, Dayforce, SAP, UKG, and ADP is a significant asset. Experience using modern middleware tools such as Workato or Mulesoft preferred. Strong verbal and written communication is necessary to build client and internal relationships to gather information and align product deliverables to customer requests. What you need to know: This is a new role for client, expects some travel to be onsite with clients to better understand application environment and product needs. Top Skills: 1.
