Current BLS certification Tell Me About This Job: Join a department that includes both outpatient and acute care settings and offers a variety of opportunities for professional growth. Currently, the outpatient department is primarily comprised of a geriatric, neurologic and postoperative patient population and is expanding with vestibular therapy starting February 2017. The acute care therapists evaluate and treat a variety of patients with simple and complex medical conditions in a variety of units including intensive care, telemetry, medical/surgical, orthopedic, and geropsych. The facility offers a great opportunity for developing programs and is open to offering assistance with acquiring specialty certifications that would benefit patients and assist with expansion of services provided in the hospital.
