Overview

What you need to know: - Salary can range from 96,000 - 120,000 - Holiday's are not paid time off but they've built in 8 days into PTO to be used for holiday's - 23 days off total each year - 4 step interview process - 1-2 week interview/hiring process + 2-3 week onboarding/credentialing process - Performance based bonuses each year PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: - The Clinical Director will supervise and provide leadership to the counseling staff and provide counseling and services to patients - The Clinical Director will also be responsible for helping to drive the site(s) growth working in collaboration with marketing and operations - The Clinical Director will also be responsible for helping to manage the site(s) fiscal responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model - Provides leadership to the clinical team - Identify and implement strategy for assigning patients to counselors, - Provides counseling and facilitates group activities as dictated - Trains and assists staff in setting individual goals and objectives - Continuously monitors delivery of services and care for quality, effectiveness and compliance - Establishes systems that support efficient and effective delivery of services - Ensures ERC treatment philosophy is cohesively presented throughout the program - Participates with Executive Management to ensure quality of services - Develops and implements training protocols - Ensure clinical department’s compliance with HIPPA and JCAHO. - Acts as a liaison to other internal departments and to the larger community of Eating Disorder Professionals SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: - This position supervises the clinical team and other departments as needed QUALIFICATIONS: - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and skill - A Master’s degree in mental health field. - Minimum of 5 years experience treating patients with eating disorders - An understanding of clinical treatment of Eating disorders - Minimum of three years management experience CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: - Clinical Licensure required BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS: • Knowledge of and ability to create and edit documents in Microsoft Word, create/edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. • Ability to “figure out” what you need to navigate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel), ADP and position-specific software. • Knowledge of how to send and receive emails, as well as attach documents to an email and open attachments. • Ability to copy and paste information and use the Web for research. • Knowledge of basic computer terminology – reboot, hard drive, flash drive, USB port, etc. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions - While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently remain in a stationary position and will frequently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and printer - The employee oftentimes is required to move about the facility - The employee will frequently communicate with internal and external individuals and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations - The employee will be required to carry and move various items weighing up to 25 pounds - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with qualified disabilities to perform the essential functions. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Eating Disorder Treatment (5+ years)
• Management experience (3+ years)
• Do you have a valid clinical license?
