Overview
Our Behavioral Health client is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team in Bettendorf, IA. This role will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a Psychiatric Hospital. The RN will develop, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care for each patient, assess and re-assess patients, and provide supervising care treatment/services of patient care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff assigned. Top 3 Required Skills: • 1+ year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse • Experience / Interest in Psych (preferred) • Active and Valid Iowa RN License Important to Know: • Must have flexibility with schedule due to needs • Standard rotation on 12 hr shifts 4/3 schedule. Example: Week 1:Monday Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2:Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday ***It is every other weekend as a requirement. • $20K Sign-On Bonus
