Overview
Our client is seeking a Primary Therapist to join their growing team that will support and treats individuals (ages 12-18) who are struggling with teenage depression, teen anxiety, and trauma-related issues, along with co-occurring eating disorders and teenage substance abuse. Top Skills Required: • Master’s Degree in a Clinical Specialization from a state approved graduate school • Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work in the state of VA (LMFT, LPC, LCSW or Clinical Psychologist) • Experience in working with young adults and facilitating family therapy • Experience with mental health, substance abuse, or eating disorders What you need to know: • Carries an average case load of 8 residents • Facilitates two therapy sessions per week (individual, couples and/or family) • Onsite | 5 days a week, Monday - Friday • Schedule availability between: 8:00am-7:00pm • Sign-On Bonus
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Young Adult Therapy
- Trauma Informed
- Mental Health
- Substance Abuse
- Eating Disorders

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia (VA)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia (VA)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia (VA)
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) in Virginia (VA)
