Overview

RN - Small health center-one nurse, one provider. Duties include triage, front desk duties, phlebotomy/lab, charting (Epic), injections. Hours: - Monday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm - Tuesday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm - Wednesday: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm - Thursday: CLOSED - Friday: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm Would like to start temp 1 week early for training (12/5 – 12/9 or earlier). Note: the plant and clinic are closed for winter shutdown from 12/23 /22 – 1/2/23 Location: CHC - Sloan Valve 10500 Seymour Ave Franklin Park, IL Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
