Client Engagement Manager

Overview

Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for a Client Engagement Manager to fill a remote role on their professional services team as soon as possible. In this role you will be responsible for the full client life cycle including implementation, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management for health insurance clients. On a daily basis you will help clients achieve optimal value of predictive analytics health products by building and maintaining long-term partnerships; Guide clients through the implementation by defining business needs, configuring recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics to ensure each customer receives maximum benefits from solution; Review client dashboards and generate insights on model performance to increase usability; and Document all project management aspects of client engagements. To accomplish this, you will work cross functionally with sales, data science, and engineering on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working within health underwriting at a health brokerage, insurance, consulting, or corporate benefits company. You should also be highly organized with a customer service driven approach to your role that allows you to meet and exceed customer deadlines. Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or Quickview is a plus.
