Overview
PriT 2, Entry-level: 71-77k, fully licensed with 1+ year of experience in individual and family or group therapy PriT 2, Mid-level: 77-86k, fully licensed and at least 2 years of mental health individual experience post full licensure (eating disorders and/or mood and anxiety) experience. PriT 3, Experienced - 86-104k, PsyD, doctorate or 4+ years fully licensed experience after master’s degree (eating disorders and/or mood and anxiety ) experience. - There will be a $15,000 sign-on bonus - This position is 100% on-site in Denver What you need to know: - Holiday's are not paid time off but they've built in 8 days into PTO to be used for holiday's - 23 days off total each year - 4 step interview process - 1-2 week interview/hiring process + 2-3 week onboarding/credentialing process How you’ll serve our patients: As a Primary Therapist, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. The Primary Therapists Conducts individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders. Our Primary Therapists develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan and work with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: • Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load: o Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments o Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members o Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed • For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including: o Treatment plans o Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes o Wellness plan and aftercare plan o Discharge summary • Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients care with interdisciplinary team Schedule/FTE: Full time, Benefits (1.0), M-F days Level of care: PHP, IOP, Res (mix) High level of care Population: Eating disorders, we have roles specific to C&A, and roles specific to Adults Minimum requirements: -Master’s degree in counseling or related field -CO Clinical license (associate or intern phase of licensure acceptable) Preferred qualifications: -CO independent Clinical license -Experience in a higher level of care -Experience with individual and family therapy -Experience with CBT, DBT, and/or ACT Main Job duties: -Individual and family therapy -Assessments (bio-psychosocial, self harm, and suicide assessments) -Individualized Treatment Planning (treatment agreements, support plans, behavior plans, wellness plans, and aftercare plans) -Attend and participate in team meetings and treatment rounds -Case load typically around 6-8, pay help support group therapy sessions

- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado (CO)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado (CO)
