Overview

Title: Director of Orthopedics An award-winning hospital serving the bay area community has an immediate opening for a Director of Orthopedics. This role will oversee the operations of the Surgical, Orthopedic, Neurosurgical unit Services and manages the Nursing Float Pool. Plans, directs and coordinates all operational activities for areas of responsibility. Develops policies and procedures as well as the quality improvement programs for areas of responsibility. Develops the capital and operating budgets. Qualifications: 5+ years of managerial experience with an inpatient acute care setting BSN required, MSN strongly preferred Unrestricted RN license – active CA licensure is preferred BLS required ACLS preferred
