Overview
What you need to know: - Location: Denver, CO - Schedule: Three, 12 hour shifts, must work 1 weekend shift a week -Days: 6a-6p ***Client Update 12/22*** - The client has boosted the pay rate for this position to $20 - $25/hr! Level of care: Residential, High level of care/Acute Care Population: Eating Disorders & Mood/Anxiety (mainly ED) Adults & C/A Minimum requirements: -HS Diploma -Valid Driver’s license Preferred qualifications: -Direct patient care or milieu experience -Mental health experience -Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field Main Job duties: -Work with patients on de-escalation and implementing coping skills per treatment plan. -Conduct room searches and luggage searches. -Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments -Take patient vital signs, weights, urine Specific Gravity -Act as a secondary support staff in group therapy -Complete documentation of patient observations, meals and individual check-ins that occur during shift -Meal Support and Bathroom Monitoring, including flush checks for patients in eating disorder programs
Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Do you have experience working in a mental health setting?
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
