Overview

NP or PA (Family Practice) Primary Care and light occupational health care. -Must be licensed in NV -will see all ages -Will work 1-2 weekends per month Schedule: - Monday-Friday -10am-7pm Location: Elko, NV Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Nevada (NV)
• Family Practice (2+ years)
