Overview
Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for an Onsite Support Technician to fill a 4- month contract to hire role in Beloit, WI. The primary responsibilities for this role include providing routine technical support for desktop, laptop, telecom and network systems, including hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity. Specifically, you will manage upgrades, virus scans, moving systems, and documenting changes in partnership with suppliers, if appropriate. You will install and configure user desktop and laptops, troubleshoot hardware and software, and repair or replace defective devices as needed. If an issue must be escalated, you will be responsible for escalation and follow up to ensure resolution and document solution for future consultation. Top Skills: 1. Microsoft Windows/365 2. Network connectivity protocols 3. Install software and Image devices 4. Excellent written and verbal communication 5.
