Overview
LPN - This office sees Primary Care and Occupational Health. Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Outlook). Exceptional Customer Service Skills. EPIC & DOT Certified would be preferred but not required. Proficient in phlebotomy and point of care testing. We are looking for someone that has worked in a primary care clinic setting. Occ Health experience would be helpful, but not required. Need someone proficient in drawing blood, who has good critical thinking skills and is able to do some front end work. ****NOTE**** Hours of the clinic are as follows: Monday & Wednesday: 7AM to 330PM Tuesday & Thursday: 530AM to 230PM Friday 7AM to 1PM --For the right person this can turn into temp to perm. If they only want temp, that will work as well and we may want to extend monthly after January. Location: Indianapolis, IN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Indiana (IN)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- phlebotomy
- Primary Care
- occupational health
