Overview

Role: RN or LPN Location: Albany, GA Dougherty County Shift times · 8AM – 5PM (Mon, Tue Th, Fri) · 8AM – 12PM (Wednesdays) Job Description: Ages 9y/o and up, family practice, MUST have very good Phlebotomy skills. Duties will include: · Collecting pertinent health information, taking vitals prior to the provider exam. · If any labs need drawn and or injections needed from the exam they will have that responsibility also. · Rooming patients Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia (GA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia (GA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Phlebotomy (2+ years)
