Overview
NP - Family Practice Important to know: -Primary Care and light occupational health care. -Must be licensed in NJ -The NP will be working alone and will travel to two locations: BCBS in Wall, NJ and BCBS in Pennington, NJ. -The NP will spend one day at each location each week (i.e., Thursdays at Wall and Fridays at Pennington.) -Must have 2-3 years minimum experience as an NP. -Must have reliable transportation and a drivers license BCBS Pennington Princeton Place 1700 American Blvd 1st fl Pennington, NJ 08534 BCBS Wall 1427 Wyckoff Road Wall, NJ 07719 **Must show proof of COVID vaccination onsite at each location Schedule: - Wall, NJ --Thursday: 8am-4:30 pm (30 min break) - Pennington, NJ-- Friay: 8am-4:30 pm (30 min break) Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.

- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New Jersey (NJ)
- Family Practice (2+ years)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- Do you have reliable transportation?
- Are you comfortable commuting to Wall & Pennington NJ?
