Corporate Controller

Overview

Relode is seeking a Corporate Controller to take over leadership of a small but seasoned A&F team reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have a track record of continued growth at their previous organization moving up to an Assurance Manager level (if in Public Accounting) or already be working as a Controller at a small Tech/SaaS based organization. Top 5 Required Skills 1. 3+ Years Production of Internal and External Monthly Financial Statements 2. 3+ Years Oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable and basic treasury functions 3. 3+ Years Oversight of regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning & compliance 4. BS in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. MAcc preferred 5. License or Certificate: CPA required. Day to Day: The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial statements such as balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Their duties include overseeing all department operations, directing the accounting team, compiling financial reports and internal/external monthly financial statements, as well as implementing policies and procedures for all financial reporting. Any experience working with Sage Intacct is a plus.
