Overview

Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for a P&C Insurance Solutions Consultant to fill a permanent remote role as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be able to support the nationwide commercial lines P&C sales team by building sales demo environments Demonstrate our workers compensation claims AI/ML solutions. Arm sales team with client success stories that measure ROI like profitable improvements by creating analyses and publishing reports to the sales team. Top 5 Skills: 1. Commercial Insurance or Reinsurance, predictive modeling 2. Workers compensation expert(Claims/Risk Management) 3. Experience with client facing consulting 4. Excel/PowerPoint 5. Tabeau(preferred) Primary responsibilities for the role include supporting the national sales team through development of sales demo environments and presentation materials. You will provide sales team with stories, KPI analyses and reports that quantify client ROI. Additionally, you will participate on sales calls to provide demonstrations of solutions and explanation of products; field questions around technical understanding of ML models to expectation setting of implementation tasks and milestones. You will work with the Director of Service to implement client success metrics and lead proof of concept engagements to earn more production clients.

Qualifications

Required
  • Do you have experience using predictive models (ML/AI) to create ROI documents/stories?
  • Workers Comp (4+ years)
  • Have you held a position that is client facing and consultative?
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Tableau
    • Power BI
