Overview

What you need to know: - Onsite client, 2pm-10pm, Mon - Fri., 30 minute lunch - Week 1 of training will require RN to work with lead RN for one week 8am-5pm - Employee medical care, physical exams, injury care - Must be comfortable working individually. - Site is closed 12/26/22 & 1/2/23 - Arconic worksite location Registered Nurse (RN) roles promote health, prevent disease and help employees cope with industrial illnesses and injuries, as well as being an overall advocate and health educator for employees and families. Job Description: - The RN will be the Lead while they are working. We will have a midlevel clinician at some point, but the primary management of the clinic is for the RN - RN does not have to be NIOSH and CAOHC (would be nice) certified but they will need to be CPR certified and perform Drug and Alcohol testing (we can provide the latter training if needed) - Licensed Health Care Provider (RN or higher degree) - CAOHC Audio Certification - NIOSH approved Spirometry Certification - Drug and Breath Alcohol Certification - CPR Certification Experience: - Ability to provide advanced level patient assessment, - Very strong background in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions required - Must be familiar with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities - Acts as Amended (ADAAA) Duties - Overall operational supervision of the Wellness Center and Coordinates staffing of the Wellness Center - Reports to Arconic Nursing Supervisors and interface with safety, HR, union, and plant management to ensure delivery of service in accordance with established policies of the Arconic - Provide training and guidance to wellness center staff - Support Arconic HR with ADA Accommodation Request Process - Administer Follow-up/rehabilitation Substance Abuse Program - Conducts Drug and Alcohol testingEquipment Operator, physicals, drug/alcohol testing, Return to work evaluations) - Experience - 2 years RN, will be working by themselves

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
• Do you have 2+ years of experience as an RN?
• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
