Overview

Required: *Must have FNP license in CO Schedule: Monday- 8am-4:30pm (30 min meal break) Tuesday- 8am-4:30pm (30 min meal break) Wednesday- 8am-4:30pm (30 min meal break) NP need - Prefer provider who can float between 2 health center locations (20-30 minutes apart) Site 1 -Westminster | 11860 N Pecos St, Westminster, CO 80234 Site 2 -Brighton |4430 South Adams County Parkway Suite W8303, Brighton, CO 80601 Provider will work varied shift/hours per day as follows WESTMINSTER SITE: Wednesdays: 8AM-5PM Thursdays: 7AM-11AM BRIGHTON SITE: Mondays: 7AM-4PM Tuesdays: 7AM-5PM Fridays: 7AM-2:30 PM **Primary care setting, we see patients two years old and up however we mainly see adults. Sick visits, med refills and physicals are the majority. Location: Westminister & Brighton CO Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Colorado (CO)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Family Practice
    • Internal Medicine
