Great communication, the ability to learn, and an energetic, helpful personality Tell Me About This Job: The scheduler takes 100+ inbound calls per day in a busy call center, scheduling patients for mammograms and other healthcare services related to women's health. This role is part of a team and must be someone who has a genuine desire to help patients, is efficient, and communicates clearly on the phone. Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish.
