Primary Therapist - Float

Overview

Job: Primary Therapist Location: Maryland, Hunt Valley or Bethesda Schedule/FTE: Full time, Benefits (1.0), M-F days Level of care: PHP, IOP, Res (mix) High level of care Population: Eating disorders Adults & CA (mainly adults) Minimum requirements: -Master’s degree in counseling or related field -MD Clinical license (associate or intern phase of licensure acceptable) Preferred qualifications: -MD independent Clinical license -Experience in a higher level of care -Experience with individual and family therapy -Experience with CBT, DBT, and/or ACT Main Job duties: -Individual and family therapy -Assessments (biopsychosocial, self harm, and suicide assessments) -Individualized Treatment Planning (treatment agreements, support plans, behavior plans, wellness plans, and aftercare plans) -Attend and participate in team meetings and treatment rounds -Case load typically around 6-8, pay help support group therapy sessions Pay: 15 SOB & then an additional 10k added to salary. Pay: PriT 1, New Grads - 57-67k PriT 2, Mid-level - 67-79k PriT 3, Experienced - 79-93k
