Overview
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: - Remote but must work generic office hours in Mountain Time (HQ in Denver) - Clinical recruiter - Will want the recruiter to start ASAP - 3 month contract. There is a chance to go perm after three months but no guarantee - No commission, only hourly wage - Pay rate is negotiable - please send candidates at a rate they would accept the position without commission - Salary + commission is possible after 90 day contract once converted to perm employee PRIMARY FUNCTION: - We strive to improve the health and well-being of those we serve by developing talent pipelines and networks to meet both current and forecasted talent needs, optimizing the candidate experience and branding our client as an employer of choice ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: - Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, leaders, and HR to understand talent needs and requirements - Leverages data to create and refine sourcing strategies for each requisition and pipeline project - Develops talent pipelines and target lists of candidates for current and forecasted talent needs - Sources potential candidates through various methods: internal and external networks, professional organizations, cold calling, recruitment advertising, social media, and other advanced recruitment techniques - Screens, qualifies, and presents candidates to recruiters while providing a best-in-class candidate experience - Promotes diversity and inclusion, and an equitable work environment for all employees - Drives job posting optimization initiatives and talent acquisition process improvement - Ensures recruitment processes are compliant with federal and state legislation and regulations - Conducts research to gain market intelligence and stay abreast of emerging talent acquisition challenges, trends, and technology - Create and execute effective sourcing strategies that leverage a variety of methodologies targeting both active and passive job seekers - Functions as a resource specialist to recruiting team members, hiring managers, talent development and other staff as it pertains to recruitment and workforce planning QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS: - Knowledge of and ability to create and edit documents in Microsoft Word, create/edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets - Ability to “figure out” what you need to navigate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel), ADP and position-specific software - Knowledge of how to send and receive emails, as well as attach documents to an email and open attachments - Ability to copy and paste information and use the Web for research - Knowledge of basic computer terminology – reboot, hard drive, flash drive, USB port, etc. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent work required - 5 – 10 years’ experience of full cycle recruiting PHYSICAL DEMANDS: - The physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions - The physical abilities required to perform the essential functions of this job are primarily those required of an office or administrative position - Work is primarily sedentary, however occasional handling of objects (up to approximately 80 lbs.) - The position requires the ability to operate office equipment including: phone, printer, fax, computer and keyboard - The employee is occasionally required to climb, bend, squat, crawl, kneel, balance, reach, twist/turn, push, carry, lift, pull and stand while performing the essential functions of the job; and, frequently sit, walk, perform repetitive tasks and keyboard - The employee is required to have close visual acuity; the ability to distinguish color; and the ability to determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of assigned work - If the essential function of the position requires a valid driver’s license, the employee is required to have the visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle WORK ENVIRONMENT: - The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions - While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is not subject to adverse environmental conditions (such as found in a typical office environment or administrative work) - The normal routine involves no exposure to blood, bodily fluid or tissue
