LPN

Overview

LPN **MUST be highly proficient in phlebotomy/lab draws. A candidate cannot move forward in the interview process unless this experience is clearly listed on the resume. Standard nursing skills, specifically performing blood draws, assisting provider with annual physical exams swabbing sick patients *Experience in EPIC is a plus ****NOTE**** Hours of the clinic are as follows: Monday-Friday M-Th 7:30a-4:30p Friday 8a-12p Location: Cleveland, OH Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Ohio (OH)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • phlebotomy
  • LPN
• Have you already spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over job details?
