Overview
Certified Medical Assistant - Admin Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8a-4p Tuesday & Thursday: 9a-5p Responsibilities: To perform clinical, administrative, clerical and technical support to the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA ) • Schedule appointments by phone • Place calls to reschedule appointments and appointment reminder calls as needed • Front desk receptionist role of welcoming the member for a clinic visit: -Identifying member in EPIC system -insurance information placed into chart (EPIC) -checking in on system to begin visit • Rooming the member: check vital signs & weight • Phlebotomy, as needed (3-5 times week), preparing specimens for transport • Update weekly/monthly logs (SDS, equipment maintenance log, etc.) • Run and log weekly/monthly CLIA controls • Clean office and medical equipment • Maintain refrigerator and cleaning logs • Check monthly expiration logs of medications, dispose of any expired meds • Restock medical supplies in exam room • Health Location: Weehawken, NJ Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Phlebotomy
- Epic
- Scheduling patients for appoinments
- Medical Assistant
- Checking patients in for appointments
- High School/GED
- Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in New Jersey (NJ)
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
