Overview

NP Location: Fed-Ex (East) Memphis, TN Contract Length: **3-4 Months **Feb 6-May 27 Shift days and hours (1 full time opening and 1 part time opening) Full Time Schedule: --M, T, Th, Fr – 10AM-6PM --Wed 9AM-5PM Part Time Schedule: -Thur/Fri 8AM - 4:30PM Responsibilities: Annual Physical Exams; Well Woman Exams; Primary Care visits managing chronic conditions such as HTN, DM, Thyroid, etc; Acute sick visits including COVID; Medication refills; Lab result review **We see FedEx employees and their Dependents 18 and older. Required skills and experience: - BC in Family Practice or Primary Care -Active NP License in TN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Tennessee (TN)
  • Have you already spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over job details?
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Nurse Practitioner
    • Family Practice
    • Primary Care
    • Occupational Health
    • Managing Chronic Conditions (thyroid, HTN, etc)
    • Annual Physical Exams
    • Well Woman Exams
Preferred
  • Are you interested in working the full time schedule (M-F) or the part time schedule (Thursday-Friday)?
