Overview

LPN - This office sees Primary Care and Occupational Health. They will be responsible for checking patients in and out, taking screening vital signs, and collecting pertinent patient information for the provider. Schedule: 1 Day a week | Monday (preferred) • 8am-4:30pm (30 min meal break) • Can be another day of the week if candidate cannot work Mondays Location: • Monroe, GA Required skills and experience: • Active LPN/CMA License in the state of GA • Phlebotomy and immunization trained • BLS Certification Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia (GA)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • phlebotomy
    • Primary Care
    • occupational health
