Experience overseeing multiple units Tell me about this job - The Emergency Department Manager reports to the Emergency Department Director and has 24 hour operational responsibility for the Emergency Department. Regional Medical Center Emergency Department is an active Level II Trauma Center receiving transfers in for various specialty services such as Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics. Knowledge and demonstration of Emergency Department operations, best demonstrated practices, collaboration, and teamwork dynamics are essential requirements of this position. The Emergency Department manager is required to be a leader in hospital disaster preparedness.
