Overview
We are looking for NP/PA coverage at our UWC Crystal Lake, IL wellness center on Friday 2/17 & Friday 2/24 from 8am - 4:30pm. 30 min break provided. While there is just this 2 day coverage need at the moment, but we do have 7 other Wellness Centers in the Chicago area that we often need days covered here and there. So if a new candidate works for this date we would likely want to use them again in the future. UWC - Crystal Lake 360 Station Drive, Suite 260A Crystal Lake, IL 6001 Schedule: - Friday 2/17 8am-4:30pm - Friday 2/24 8am-4:30pm - Future dates are likely, PRN The Union Wellness Center Crystal Lake location serves the members and families of SMART Local 265, Plumbers Local 130, Iron Workers Local 63, Heat & Frost Insulators Local 17, Riggers Local 136, Cement Masons Local 502 and Electricians Locals 701 and 176.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Illinois (IL)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Illinois (IL)
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS) in Illinois (IL)
