Overview

Relode is searching for a Technical Operations Manager to fill a permanent role for a cutting edge Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence based SaaS company. The ideal candidate is one that can manage both people and technology in a start up environment through excellent written and verbal communication. In this role you will establish and staff the technical operations team and partner with DevOps team to deploy, maintain, and manage AWS cloud applications, databases, and IT infrastructure. Top Skills: 1. 5+ yrs managing AWS apps/infrastructure 2. Experience monitoring SaaS products 3. Demonstrate knowledge of technical monitoring/disaster recovery methods 3. Experience creating and maintaining monitoring tools 4. Experience creating incident management processes for escalation and reporting 5.
