Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inpatient/PHP and Residential. Some High-Acuity patients at times. 20 patients per day, typically 3-5 patients IP, then remainder of in PHP/PHP - psychiatrist to see patients x2 per week, 2 notes per patient per week required by MD/DO. Treating ages: Child to Adult ages 8+ Schedule; 1.0 FTE (Monday-Friday) Call Schedule: Once every 3 to 4 months, on rotation with other Physicians and Mid-Levels, Additional pay at $2500 per weekend Full-support staff; Dieticians, ProT, PriT, Clinical Manager, Admin, Case Manager, Therapist, NP/PA. Obtain medical histories, and order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests Achieve quality metrics by focusing on clinically relevant outcome measures Advocate for patients by providing consistent and timely documentation regarding the patients need for level of care Must haves, great to haves and bonus qualities Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Completion of a psychiatric residency program from an accredited residency program Board eligible in in appropriate specialty (board certified preferred) What we offer Mission-driven organization treating the most complex cases Professional development and collaboration with experts Training in proven, evidence-based treatment modalities Career training, advancement and leadership development Strong commitment to individual, family and group therapy Technology and tools that streamline administrative functions Our benefits package for Physicians includes Salary Range: $252,000-$289,000 depending on years of experience 24 days of Paid Time off plus 3 additional Holidays Full-service credentialing Relocation Packages that include temporary housing if relocating from area Continuing Education compensation and time off Comprehensive medical benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and 401k (Plus a match!)

Required
  • Doctorate degree
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Medical Doctor (MD)
    • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Have you completed a psychiatric residency program?
