Registered Nursing license M-F Schedule; On call; 24/7 responsibility Salary range: Starting at $77K+ Job Description: The overall responsibilities of the role are to ensure that there is adequate staffing for the change in census, manage the colleagues, provide guidance to colleagues success, address disciplinary action, ensure that our audits and surveys are successful, do internal audits to be able to address any areas that may need focus and be the support to the team and families when needed. May need to fill in as the back-up on-call nurse if colleague calls out ill or there is a family emergency, may need to do admits in the afternoon, may need to do a visit, etc.
