Technical Support Specialist
Major emphasis on communication skills (good customer service) and Active Directory (enterprise) experience. AD experience includes add PCs to domain and manage user accounts. Associate's degree preferred in Computer Science. Experience preferred with Cisco Phone Systems, Microsoft Office and etc. Similar to an IT Help Desk role Support 300 employees across multiple facilities/locations Core 10 applications: Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Cloning software (any kind), Antivirus, Application Troubleshooting, Basic Network troubleshooting, Print driver and printer troubleshooting, Zebra printer experience, Barcode reader experience, VPN software experience Cisco or similar, remote control desktop software experience Bomgar or similar. Imaging software experience to make disk images of PCs and quickly replicate an OS with all software installed to a new PC. A valid drivers license is required for local travel in Denver as needed.
