Staff Software Engineer

Overview

Required skills and experience: •Deep understanding and experience with front end applications, APIs, and back-end services  •Experience with modern technologies (JavaScript, Node, AWS, React / React Native) •Strong understanding of all layers of a Web and Mobile solution •Experience hosting application services on cloud providers (AWS) •Experience delivering mobile, digital products to the Apple and Google Play app store is a plus •Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment •Experience in a start up environment Must have excellent communication skills. Confident speaking with exec team members and leadership outside of IT (be able to have IT discussions with non IT leadership in a way where everyone understands) •Experience in healthcare / virtual care Job Post Location: Remote What you need to know: As Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting our digital product suite, with a focus on scale, stability and delightful user experiences for our clinical team and our members. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • front end applications, APIs, and back-end services
  • Javascript
  • Node.js
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • React
  • React Native
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Working in a start up environment
  • healthcare / virtual care
  • Full Stack Development
• Software Engineering (7+ years)
